On Location
Includes photography inside /outside the facility with detailed copyright release for promotional use on websites and in marketing materials. This session includes no printed portraits. Please contact us to discuss rates as each commission comes with many variables to consider.
Event Photography
Event photography has a two hour minimum and includes a mix of candid photos and party pictures. Photos of any speakers and entertainment. Think of this like a wedding reception without the ceremony.
What can I expect?
By hiring us you can expect an online gallery hosted for 30 days where the event planner or Human Resources can log in and download images. Additionally you will be able to distribute the link to the gallery (if you choose to) for your attendees to purchase printed images and photo files. These will be delivered direct to the purchaser. This leaves you worry free about delivery!
Wanting posed formal photos?
We are happy to provide a backdrop and studio lighting at an additional cost. This works great for family and class reunions alike. Depending on the location we may suggest an additional photographer to cover this area.
